No, not a swanky hotel downtown. THE INTERCONTINENTAL is based on the ’78 Op Amp Big Muff and features the tone bypass switch as a footswitch with an independent volume control. This effectively gives you two channels to play with, one with a fixed tone control and the other with the traditional tone stack. There’s also switchable clipping options with the toggle switch. The PCB features a break off board for the footswitches to cut down on off-board wiring.
(If you’re wondering why there’s some spaces in the product name, the full name gave PayPal enough reason to put orders with this board on hold for “regulatory review”. Since you can’t actually build an ICBM with it [at least not the kind they think], the additional spaces seem to get around this. 🤷♂️ )
