Description
As surface mounted components become more prevalent and through-hole packages become obsolete, these come in real handy if you can only find a 16-pin chip in SMD format and need it in through-hole. Simply solder on right-angle header pins to the back and the SMD chip to the top and you’re back in through-hole territory.
