Description
Discrete op amps have been growing in popularity in the audio world and the DISCRETIONARY is my foray into using discrete components in place of a traditional op amp. The DISCRETIONARY is based on the now discontinued EQD White Light (itself based on the Distortion+/OD250 circuit), but with the Joe Davisson Diode compression op amp in place of the IC. This keeps the part count reasonably low and makes for a great sounding dirt box.
