I try and make offboard wiring as simple as possible and (usually) include daughter boards for footswitches with every purchase. In case wiring the footswitch board to the main board isn’t as self-explanatory as I think it is, or you lost the footswitch board, here’s some diagrams to clear any confusion.
Verify which lugs are tip/sleeve on your in/out jacks and adjust accordingly. The jacks depicted above follow the orientation of Switchcraft #11 mono jacks.
Please note that when wiring boards accompanied with the daughter board on the right, the on/off indicator LED is often on the main board. If you prefer to mount the LED on the footswitch board, simply wire a jumper in place of the LED on the main board. Alternatively, if you prefer to mount the LED on the main board, wire a jumper in place of the LED on the footswitch board.
